no message left.  called back but there was no answer and it quickly disconnected.

Texas Fraternal Order of Police - These people call all the time from different numbers.  Want donations and make threatehing comments.  Ignore repeated demands to stop calling my number.  Turning them into FTC.

Called and left no message.  I believe this number has called in the past.  I am on the do not call register.
What's the deal does that do not call not mean anything.
