Who called from 2143963412

Called and left no message - Research says its a cell phone so, may just be a wrong number?  Logging here to see if they call again

Did not respond to my hello, hello, hello and did not hang up.  So I hung up as their number showed on my phone.  An irritant and rude call.

Did not respond to my "Hello.  Hello?"  Hung up after a few seconds of dead air.

Called me again - Not answered and left me no message again so, looks like a solicitor to me - Putting them on my "Silent" ringtone - Like Sgt. Schultz,: "I hear nooothhhing!

Didn't answer after 3 Hello's, as I was about to hang up I heard a click and said hello again.  A woman ask if "Blank" was there and I said NO can I take a message?   She hung up.
