A lady called claiming to be a legal secretary but didn't say who she worked for. She called from a 303 number but left me the 214 number and I got a voice message with a guys voice on it. Not going to take their calls because they need to identify who they work for.
The guy does have a filthy mouth when provoked. Don't be afraid if you get a call from these losers. They don't really have anything on you and you aren't in any trouble. "David" sounds big and intimidating but he's just a nasty, sad little man.
I just a call from this number and when I hit the decline button on my cell phone he immediately called right back. Then when I didn't answer, he called my job. He requested the fax number and stated that he was going to fax some papers over to my employer. After receiving the fax number he asked for me and he was transferred to my voice mail. He left me a message stating that either I or my lawyer needed to contact him today. So I goggled the number and came across this discussion thread regarding this number. I find it odd that he states that he is from the Fraudulent Check Division when I don't write checks and I haven't written any in over 5 years (unless it is to pay a house bill, i.e. gas, electric, water)! I'm just waiting to see if he actually faxing any information over.
I just received a call on my cell phone and at work. They are wanting to fax documents to my employer to start litigation processing. They won't tell me what this is for. They never leave a business name just the name, David West, of the Fraudulent Check Department.
