I too, unfortunately, have a mortgage that is now with Nationstar. These people are blood suckers. First they wanted to 'help' me by charging me $350 to setup the ability to make additional principal payments. Guess what idiots, I have the right to do that when I want, I don't have to PAY you for the right. Then they wanted me to pay $9000 to refinance and save me money...HUH?? Oh but they would add the $9000 to my loan so no out of pocket money....blood suckers I say, blood suckers. I am trying my bank and a couple other places to get out from under this company and their highly unethical business practices! I suggest all that can do the same as quickly as possible.
I got a call from this number today too, I picked up but no one talk at the other end and hung up on me. So I just simply add it to my phone reject call list.
I have a mortgage with Nationstar also, sold to them by my "used to be bank"! they continuously call and send stuff trying to get me to refinance. I ignore them, don't want to refinance, would be stupid at this point, any way, I've answered a few times and tell them I am not interested. They are relentless, even calling at 6 in the morning.
These are robo calls for refinance - If you dont want these calls: log on your NS profile, put its own number back in contact - Make it called itself !!!
