Message claiming that my company was not listing on Goggle properly. Seems to be trying to bluff their way to selling worthless services to companies. Tends to be a scam to tell an utterly worthless service.
"High monthly electric bills? We can help. With clean renewable energy such as solar we can make your home self sufficient. To reduce your monthly power bill with a FREE solar system.. Press 1 NOW , AGAIN PRESS 1 NOW....."
My call was a criminal scam to get my personal financial and health information. The message said that I could qualify for a free "medical alert device." I work in medical electronics. These things are only used for people with medical conditions that are serious enough that they are under the care of a physician. These are also surgically implanted. So getting a free one is a drop in the bucket compared to the cost of surgery and frequent physician visits.
Got a call from them and picked up. There was an automated message about cutting electric bills in half. I pressed 1 and asked to be removed. The woman said okay and to give her a second...then she hung up. Wth?
