I called the # back and a machine came on asking if I wanted to be removed off their calling list to wait on the line so I waited. Then they said; "after the beep enter your 10 digit phone #". I waited for the beep 3 times (they kept repeating themselves about leaving # after the beep but I never heard a beep) before finally entering my #. After that the voice came back on but you couldn't make out what it said (sounded distorted).
I called the number back as well. I didn't here a beep but entered my number to be removed. The recording stated it would take 72 hours to be taken care of.
