Just recieved a call from this number, they let it ring and left no message. I looked it up and the number is registered to Peerless Network of Texas, LLC, and I believe their headquarters are in IL. I looked to see who they are and why they would be calling but I honestly have no idea. I have a # from AZ but live on the east coast so I have no business in Dallas. Their website did not appear to be a collectors site, but could be marketing... Maybe political? Good luck!
PS- if any of you have a smart phone try downloading NumberGuru, it's helped look up a lot for us.
FOR ME, IT WAS A RESULT OF JOB HUNTING ON LINE. I APPLIED TO A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT PLACES AND SOMEWHERE IN THE PROCESS, MY INFORMATION WAS SHARED... THE FIRST CALL I RECEIVED WAS FROM EXTRAMONEYZONE, A MYSTERY SHOPPING COMPANY WHO ACTUALLY SENT ME A TEXT NOT A CALL. tHEN i BEGAN RECEIVING THESE CALLS FROM PEOPLE ASKING IF I WAS INTERESTED IN EDUCATION. i ASKED ONE CALLER, "wHERE DID YOU HEAR THAT OR GET THAT INFORMATION FROM" tHEY SAID i FILLED OUT OR REGISTERED, ETC... AND i TOLD THEM THAT i HAD NOT AND THEY ASKED ME IF i HAD BEEN JOB HUNTING ON LINE AND I SAID YES AND THEY SAID THAT i PROBABLY CLICKED ON SOMETHING, ETC... I KNOW I DID NOT FILL ANYTHING OUT OR EVEN COME ACROSS ANY SUCH THING BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE REMEMBERED. ANY TIME YOU GO ONTO MONSTER DOT COM TO VIEW JOB LISTINGS THESE UNIVERSITY PAGES COME UP FIRST AND YOU HAVE TO CLICK NO THANKS CONTINUE TO MONSTER...
Good afternoon I received this call from 214-396-5554 I'm a network tech and they are not a true LLC ,but they wanted to give me a credit card when I actually got past the dialer and got a human I said to the guy I. don't want a credit card and he hung up, I called back got the recording to remove my number from their database it prompted me to enter my number after the beep and in 72 hrs it would be removed, friends there is no beep because your dialing to a server with only 2 options, find the true company and have your number removed or call the BBB and report them I have 5 different 214 area codes with all different but close numbers believe me its a phone dialer program, I'm searching for the parent company so the FCC can shut them down.
i just got a call from same number. they asked my name said ok and they hung up. how do you suppose they are getting the phone numbers? i see you are a tech just wonderingif you could shed some light on this. thank you
