Who called from 2143965637

Calls dail, never leaves a message.  Called the number backed and recieved a message saying "You have reached the Rewards Department.  You or someone..." at which point I hung up.  Safe bet this is SPAM as I have received similar calls from numbers in Florida, Illinois and California and when I called them back they all played the same message.

wasted minutes.useless phone number/useless people.

Went through the whole thing answered questions about my eating habits. At the end wanted to give my CC number. Wouldn't do it and they hung up.

How do we stop these calls?????

Even I got the call from this number. I participated the survey, when I asked about my CC details i told them I will not give the details. They try to convince me but after few seconds i Hanged the phone
