Called - left no message. Same old scams, new spoofed numbers. Telecom industry won't get on top of these guys because they are paying for telephony access and service - from wherever they are operating. Revenue is revenue... eliminating irritating and intruding daily calls to thousands of their loyal American household consumers is not important to them.
Why do you think the telecom industry is responsible? Someone buys a Chevy, pulls up in front of your house, honks all night and that's Chevy's fault? You make no sense.
