Who called from 2144047419

They call and hang up when I say hello.

I let answer machine handle all unknown names and numbers, and like most unknowns, this one did not leave a message.

When I redial that number, it gives me a 'not in service'.  I got the call (with no message) 10 minutes before I returned call.  Another scam, I would assume.

Called twice in a week. Said they are trying to raise money for a police charity. Blocked!
