it did say national credit on the caller ID. wanted our professional here in the office, however she had to call a few of our offices to get this number but she was trying to get through to a supervisor to complain. um, yikes? not complain on me, but on a different office of ours recpetionist. i find that all unnecessary. gave the # of 620-664-6192 to call back although my caller id had 214 414 9750.
Call came in on fax line.. when I called back.. it said//" If you have been served by our law office to appear in court" REALLY?? when I got someone on the line.. they asked for someone who didn't work here.. we had never heard of the person. But Honestly?? to start a call with that kind of message?? If I were this guy.. I would call a lawyer and have them call this number back. I am pretty sure that kind of talk is not allowed..and if that person had worked here.. the message made it sound like we had a truly BAD person on our hands.. This should not be allowed.
All they did was leave a message for me to call them back and told me to call a toll free 800 number. Didnt leave a message as to why Im suppose to call them. I dont answer calls I dont recognize and without a reason I wont bother returning that call.
