Asked for a person name and I said he is not available - may I take a message ? He answers, " I need to speak with him now, will you check? and hungs up.
When they call they make it seem as if they know the person they are asking for. The man makes rude and sarcastic comments when he doesn't want to leave a message. So far they called twice to our business. Caller id shows as unknown.
When I told him my boss was not in he said "I am suppose to call him so go and check his office" and I told him his office is dark and he said again "I am suppose to call him so and and check his office". If I added up the the time I waste with these stupid telemarketer and prerecorded calls it would be a fortune. We are on the do not call list and that is the biggest joke ever.

Called and asked for the owner by name. I said I was him despite the fact that the name they asked for has been deceased for four years now. Call was to collect our bad debts for us. I explained that we had no bad debts. The jerk continued the call insisting that no business collects everything owed them. I countered with the fact that we have collected every penny due us for over thirty years. He continued to be a total jerk until I finally hung up on him.
I didn't know who the company was, but the salesman I spoke with was very insightful and persistent about earning my business. I brought up a customer giving me excuses for non-payment & this gentleman helped me understand that I was being taken advantage of by my client. I will use these guys in the future.
