Who called from 2144267888

We get a call from this number OVER and OVER but no one answers when we pick up

Just got two calls from this no.--7:30 and 8:01 A.M. on the Left Coast!  Grrrrrrr!!!!

Found this number calling us all night. Insanely annoying and when we answer it, it starts beeping. No one seems to be on the line either. Weird.

Three calls before 9 AM in California, calls from Dallas. Beeps on the line. I called the number back, think she said it was IBM, said something about me blocking the number. Hello?? That shouldn't be my problem. Now excuse me but I'm going to try and go back to sleep.  Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.

so far today i have had at least 10 calls from this number. it just beeps. I called the number they are aware so took my number and is going to report it to management. says it will take 24-48 hours
