This number just called me, I did not answer because it's not a number I am familiar with. They left a message: lots of noise, people talking, loud music, sounded like a boiler room. Wish the telephone companies would do something about these individuals who, apparently, have nothing else to do but bother us!
Someone claiming to represent Microsoft regarding a virus that he says has been installed on my computer, calls periodically. This is obviously a scam, designed to separate people from their money, using fear. My computer is a MAC, which runs OSX, not Windows from Microsoft!!!!!
I know it's tough to find jobs right now, but these people should be ashamed of themselves - enough to try to to find real, honest employment.
I use Google voice. 2144315913 popped up today. No message. Using google voice, I BLOCK the number. Next time they call, they will hear a message " the number you have reached, has been disconnected, or is no longer in service"
Google voice allows you to turn off and on, at will call blocking at will.
