Calls and asks the person who answers the phone for me by first and last name. When asked who they are, they hang up. Have no idea who they are. When you call the number, a recording plays indicating the number is temporarily unavailable.
Answered this call (5th one today) and asked who was calling. They said the "Judge John Adams campaign". I could only find judges with this name Northern Ohio and Florida, so why they are calling Dallas residents from a Dallas phone number is unclear. Didn't wait for the pitch.
3rd time this number came in tonight and caller asked for my sister. I asked what it was regarding and the woman said it was for some judge's campaign. I firmly, but politely, stated that all voting decisions had been made in the household and ended the call.
THEY CALLED AGAIN. This time a male caller. Again asked for my sister. I immediately asked if it was a campaign call and was told, "no, this is not a campaign call." When I then asked what the call was regarding the caller stammered a bit and said it was regarding some judge's CAMPAIGN! I repeated what I'd told the previous caller and told him not to call back. He actually got cross with me and said,"listen here sir, this call is not intended for you." I verrrrry firmly let him know that he was calling a private residence and again insisted that no one from that number was to call again. I'd like to punch him in the face.
