Got a text with no number advising that my card starting withn 4828 has been deactivated and I need to call 214-432-7639 to reactivate the card. I called the number and was prompted to enter myn credit card info but I decided to wait until morning and contact Wachovia directly. My branch manger stated my card was not deactivated and once he called the number it is now no longer in service. DO NOT ENTER YOUR INFO WHEN THIS NUMBER CALLS YOU IF THE BANK HAS DEACTIVIATED YOUR CARD THEY WOULD ADVISE YOU TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE OR VISIT A BRANCH.
