Scammers....Do not trust these people...They are claiming i have outstanding cash advances and they are suing me and going to take all of what I have...I told them to screw off because I don't even have any cash advances...He acted so serious and even called my work number and was harassing me..I told him I was calling the police for harassment because it is illegal for scammers like those people to call work numbers. Ugh, i was so frustrated by time they called like the fourth time...
This business called my work asking for a "Sally"...no Sally here. He said he had Sally's name and Social Security number and he was from a Federal Investigation regarding a lawsuit, he identified himself as Jack Wells. I called back and some guy with a heavy indian accent answered and I asked what the name of the business was....he was evasive......said there was a backroom of them at a law firm....I asked what law firm.....he wouldn't give it to me. Kept on saying he was calling from a backroom of a law firm....I asked what law firm....he finally came out with "Franklin Jefferson" which is probably fake.....The phone number is a Dallas, Texas exchange.......He wanted to know my name to look up my account.....I told him I was checking the number out because there were so many complaints on the number on the internet. He said they were debt collectors for people who didn't pay their bills but was VERY rude and belligerent.
According to the other complaints on other websites this business is some kind of major scam artists trying to get information from people they call through intimidation and possibly fraud when they get the information.. They need to be reported to BBB or PUC....but getting accurate information as to the business name remains difficult. BEWARE!
These people called and left very vulgar messages and said they were going to phuck me and phuck me over and over and threatened me. Well they dont know who they called cause i have ways of finding people in this country and trust that i am going to use them. They are probably using a routing call signal so they are probably not even in the US but if they should read this i hope they know I will find you and you will pay for leaving these messages.
