Who called from 2144470697

this number keeps calling my cell phone. when i answer, its as if they have me on hold, no one ever picks up. i wish they wld stop

I kept getting calls from this number.  I dont recognize it to be from anyone I know.  I called it back only for a woman to say to me "i speak espanish!" And hang up on ME! Received a call again today, I let it go to voicemail and called back, I speak Spanish and told her that she had the wrong number.  She hung up on,me again.  I called right back and said in English to stop calling my number!

Same here: Spanish caller asks for "Senor Bonilla." I start to say, "agregar mi número a su lista de no llamar," but they hang up before I'm done. I have sent complaint to FTC.
