They called me. They told me to give them a certain amount of money or I will be arrested. They claimed that I need to pay them back taxes and they also claimed that they are a part of the IRS.
I also received a voice mail message on August 27, 2013 from this number (214-447-7708). The speaker identified himself as 'John Masso', spoke in a thick (unidentifiable accent), said he had a complaint with my name and identity, and if I didn't call him back at that number and identify myself he would start 'proceedings' against my name and identity. I think wee should get a law enforcement agency to investigate this operation but which for real attention? I have not been able to figure that out. In the meantime, I am glad to see that others have publicized this scam.
We had a voice mail claiming I have three serious allegations against me being investigated by FBI and I should call back to save my self. I am glad to see the exact same number mentioned here.
