For the record, the company by the name of Phillip Henson Offices has the same exact address and phone number. Phillip Henson claims to be a publisher and Weinberg etal claim to be in the medical alarm service. This in itself shows you how shady these jerks really are. It took a lot of effort to find this info. I now even have the owner and Henson's personal phone numbers and addresses so my lawyer can have them served properly. They hire scumbags to do their dirty work. Ex-cons, crackheads etc. These people don't know the law so they just do whatever is necessary to get this fake "debt" paid. Probably funding their crack addictions. If they call again, feel free to say these things to them. But it goes much deeper than this. Phillip Henson used to work for a company called Bass and Associates who were shut down by the Florida AG as early as last year I believe and one of the findings at the end of the suit was that no one associated with Bass was to ever be in the collections business again. I'm sure the Florida AG would be amused to hear that Phillip might be going against this ruling. I'm working on getting a definitive link between him and Bass.

They were actually licensed to do collections but their license expired in December 2010. Therefore, what they are doing is a crime punishable by fines and/or jail time. They're all a bunch of C U Next Tuesdays and will be paying for what they've been doing very soon. I have hired a lawyer and they are going to be served some papers for a lawsuit. Not only that, but I am calling the Florida Licensing Board and letting them know that these POS's are operating with an expired license. There is so much I could tell you about these a-holes but it would take too many pages! I have been researching them for about a month now. They haven't called me in that time because they know I saw through their bull-s**t routine. However, they probably had no idea I wasn't going to forget about it. I am going to make these jerks an example for every other low-down scumbag doing this and calling it a "job". Did they leave that obnoxious pseudo-lawyer saying "Govern yourself accordingly" at the end of their voice message? I just want to pull their lungs out through their noses!
