Didn't answer. I heard from someone else that it's the scummy Fraternal Order Of Police. 70% to 80% of the money solicited on these calls goes to the callers.
I received this call after a unknown call which i didnt pickup on but i did pickup on the 214-453-6790,but it hung up as soon as i answered it ,which i do live in TX. and the name on the caller id showed OP Lookout.but i have a long list of other numbers that keep calling which i will have to deal with and i dont have free long distance.
