Who called from 2144592619

We received a call from this number yesterday.

I received 2 calls from this number 10 minutes apart but each time I answer no one's on the line.

Unwanted, unsolicited call from this unknown Texas caller today.  ???.

I get a message from 'an agent" who asks me to call  back on a different number.  I call that number, get someone who doesn't speak English.  I ask to speak to the original caller and they say they can't put me through to them.
