When people inquire online for help with their debt and we do not get a response back the number goes into our dialer to keep trying to get in touch.
We would not ask for any personal infomation or hang up on you. I personally return every voicemail I receive. Although, most people only see a missed call and call me then hang up. If you once inquired for help and no longer need it. We would be happy to place anyone on our DNC list that no longer needs help or simply asks.
This company will call and harass you and threaten to sue you and put the fact that you are being sued in the classifieds. Whoever it is claims to be collecting money for HSBC (Best Buy credit card uses this company). Whether they are legit or not, I don't know, but they are aweful. Not professional at all. If you do answer they will hang up on you during your conversation. If I did owe money I wouldn't mind setting up arrangements, but with the way these people treat you, I wouldn't want to fool with them at all.
