CID said ATT Direct TV Wireless. NO VOICEMAIL. thought because no message left might be a hoax. Called me 9 times last week.
I called ATT & they verified it's one of their numbers for survey.
Recommendation ATT: leave a message for me to return the call for survey. I get too many hoax calls.
By the way all week long........I received the same situation with their phone numbers :
888-211-7690. 213-921-4695. 214-471-8383. CID was ATT Direct TV ! These numbers as well called 3 to 4 times no voicemail.
FINALLY called ATT Direct TV customer service 800-531-5000 and told no more phone calls. After 3 days all these *** 4 *** numbers quit calling.
I told her my service experience was excellent and said she would update my account. She also agreed a better and not confusing survey system should be implemented.
