fill out the report / by law the service provider must prevent customers from using onvoys phone service to scam /harass /or make unwanted calls to numbers on the dnc

There should be a LAW against this. Sick, filthy, rotten people. No superb to complain to. Our country doesn't even have control of this. WRONG, FCC is doing nothing to these so called credit card scammers
