HSBC has called my phone 30 times in 3 days, this is excessive. I make payments every month , but I am unable to get caught up in the 2 payments I fell behind over a year ago . They need to stop harrassing me!
Received 4 calls before noon. On fourth call I let the answering machine pickup. The Message....... some idiot waits for the machine to finish to blow his nose and hang up. I don't have a loan from them and would certainly not consider it if the let someone like this work there.(It's probably the boss anyway)
this man keeps calling asking for a mrs mims...no me! told him i have id and he had called an average of 12 times a day. would not tell me what he wanted just needed to speak to mrs mims. calls start around 100am and go till 8-9:00 some nights. has been nasty calls on answering machine.Like "well, where is everybody? why do you have a phone and don't answer? etc.
This company is a last ditch effort for people with less than perfect credit. If you make arrangements for a late or missed payment they work with you for a few days then the calls start. I just made a late payment Thursday. Today is Saturday and the calls started yesterday for the next payment. I still have 4 years to go or let them repossess and then file bankruptcy. (That option is becoming more and more attractive at this point.) DO NOT let them have access to your back account. They took a payment out of mine after I got a letter telling me they were putting a payment at the end of the note. I had the bank reverse that payment and the calls really started then. Too bad they employ so many that I can't understand what they are saying most of the time. Keep an eye on your insurance too. They added over $600 to my loan amount saying they had been notified I had no insurance. My car insurance had never lapsed. Now I can't get confirmation that the $600 was removed from the balance. No one seems to know anything about it. This is a classic case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Now since I've been late they have raised my interest rate to 24%!. If you owe it is legal for them to call because you do owe and they really take advantage of that just under the wire of legality.
I got the call from 214-488-5148/45/52 literally every single day including weekends. I never picked up the phone, still they called me. I don't know where they got my numbers!! HSBC? I'll never deal with them!
