This is a Magic Jack phone number they are running the "Microsoft HQ Virus" Scam through.  It comes through as Private, but if you listen to the pitch, pretend to play along, then ask them to hold on while you boot up your computer and put them on mute, they will eventually hang up and redial you.  Eventually they forget to use the privacy code and boom, 214-501-6395.
