Got a call from a collection company called Legacy Receivable (not sure because the whole name doesnt show up on ID) They persue people with "private detectives" and go their place of work and "sit them down" right there onsight and get them to pay. I said "no" and that we would not use a company with those kind of practices. I said that it is illegal to even call people at their place of work for debt after their employer makes it clear that it is unwelcome. Then it becomes illegal if they persue. I asked him to remove us from his calling list. Then 2min later some joker calls from his office to dispute the legality of what they do...I replied that since I asked them to remove us from their calling list that means he should not be calling right now, again. He raised his voice and said he's putting me on his "call every day list" until we accept their rate. I said "Remove us from you list and stop calling or I'll report you!"...He yelled "GO AHEAD DO IT!...I'LL HARRASS YOU EVERY DAY!
