SO SICK OF THIS WEST ASSET!
They calls on loans that are defaulted on years ago, loans that have been written off years ago and we tell them this, yet they keep on calling. I KNOW it's legal for them to CALL, but ILLEGAL for them to take legal action on loans which have been written off...
My complaint is like the othere...if you have the balls to call, at LEAST SAY SOMETHING!
That's where I draw the line! TALK, or get my mout coming out at you! And it's usually NOT VERY NICE....hahaha
I've received 2 calls from this number at different times on separate days, I've picked up once saying 'hello? - 3second pause' with no answer on the other end so i hang up. And the second time i let it go to my answering machine, they never leave any msg.
got the same thing. called me numerous times but won't leave msg. number is west asset mgmt.
not worried. paid all my dues.....i don't owe anybody anything! will sue if they keep at it.
they have called 30 times in the past 2 weeks, and its starting to piss me off. the one time i answered they asked for a friend who hasnt lived here in 3 years.
