On the caller ID a 510-789-0025 number appeared, he asked to speak to the person in charge of the At&t account.
I asked his name and phone to call back on & was given 417 233-0958 and name Tremaine.
I answered the phone, and it took about 10 sec for someone to finally connect. Must be a call center that waits to hear if someone answers.
He said he worked with AT&T and asked if I knew what I paid on my bill. I said yes, and you should too. He said he works in the promotion department and the info was protected by DC?? something laws. He then proceeded to ask about my bill and if all my services were on one bill.
I told him i was busy and if i could call back. He gave me the following information:
Call Back Number: 417-233-0958; and ask for Joe Philips.
Odd that he called from a 214-509-6260 number with a call back number of 417-233-0958.
