I have been recieving calls at work and home stating same things u guys listed. I can't understand him well at all, gives no info just he'll have me arrested yada yada yada. most places also leave a 800 number not long distance. Enough people report m-be they'll stop. anyone know who they are or how to get them to stop?
i have been dealing with this for over a year he says its payday loan i never paid back and that he was from legal justice department that he was gonna arrest me at work yada yada yada but funny thing is his name was shawn miller very thick pakistanian accent he wont tell me the name of this company and calls me 10 times a day now calling me at work i did have one loan over internet but i paid that back talked to county attorney and lawyer they have to tell u or send something in writing cant just call and say were coming to get u this is a scam last time they called i let them run through their speech just to hear what they had to say wanted to offer settlement and my debit card no way! but this is a scam dont know what to do this is annoying
I received a call saying that there was a "legal case against me" and he just wants to help me. Said his name was Kevin McCoy. Gave me his Senior Officer Harry Smith said he was with Bureau of Justice Pacific there was a legal case against me over some internet payday loan. Could tell me with who, or how much.
i keep getting a call from Kevin McCoy that there is a legal case against me and I will be arrested and have to pay 20,000.00 dollars and go behind the bars. He calls daily sometimes many times and even call my mother. He has alot of information about me and the number he is calling from now is 0000.
