Who called from 2145312927

Heard a call center in the background for a while, but no one bothered to speak before hanging up.  Called back and voicemail box sounds like a prank.

Got a call from 2145312927 and they promptly hung up.  I called back and asked if there was an emergency.  Then, another hang up.

Also got a call from Unknown Caller 000-000-0000.  This should be outlawed!  Is this allowed by our phone companies who we pay big bucks to?  Why am I paying for caller ID, AT&T??
Where are the phone companies when we need their assistance??
As usual, collecting big bucks for what?  Yes, their own profit with very llittle service!

Just got the same call -- said "what up douche" or "what a douche".. then hung up, tried to call back, rang, no pickup-- tried again, rang, got the prank-like voicemail- which was full

calling and not answering and hanging up when phone is picked up......nuisance calls...

Same here.  called hung up. called right back - forward to Voicemail which goes to laughter.  This is now going to be reported to phone company as harrassment.  Encourage each person to report such to their phone carrier
