Went to Honduras 4/2016 and received a text from AT&T when I turned my phone on in Honduras saying what texting and data charges where and it gave a number to call when out of country if problems/questions. I had questions about how to use my phone/wifi/text etc without getting charges, I called and the rep was very helpful. 214-547-2300. Trusted number.
