This is an attempt to get access to the computer. A lady with a very heavy accent kept insisting that my computer was sending error messages and they need to do a "tune up" to eliminate the problem.

called my cell phone and told me that i need to cut my computer off then back on that i had been hacked called twice the second time i answered it

Scam artists say they're calling from "Windows." Windows for crying out loud is an operating system made by Microsoft for personal computers. Why would some [***] dumb [***] be calling me from Windows? Told this stupid person off.

Got the call but ignored as I'm not expecting any calls from Texas. I used to love arguing with these guys about the fact Mac OSX is not Windows...
