I GOT A CALL FROM THAT NUMBER ALSO. IT LEFT A MESSAGE WITH A 800 # TO CALL BACK TO. I CALLED IT AND WAS PUT ON HOLD RIGHT AWAY. I WAS USING MY FAX LINE AND KNEW NO ONE WOULD BE FAXING ME THAT NITE SO I LEFT THE LINE OPEN. 3 & 1/2 HOURS LATER I WAS STILL ON HOLD WITH THEM PAYING THE 800# BILL. I FINALLY HUNG UP AND WENT TO BED. THEY HAVE A NEW 800 # NOW. IT IS 800-474-6075 IF YOU WANT TO RUN UP THIER BILL.

I receive calls from 214-550-2102, every few weeks. Its always the same. My property qualify's for a 1% 30 year county morgage, press 1 to speak with a rep. when you press 1, you sit on hold, then get some girl, that when you ask about the call she and at least 2 others in the back ground; start laughing, and hang up. If anyone knows how to put a stop to this, up to and including a law suit; I AM UP FOR THE JOB.

I've received the same calls, some times I string them along to waste their time (so they're not calling someone else) then I insult them and hang up.  Yesterday, I asked if they called with an autodialer, pointed out it is illegal to telemarket to cells that way.  They offered to take me off the list, so I asked first for their company name and address so I can collect the $1,000 penalty.  They hung up right away and I'll bet won't call back. Today I reported the call on the FTC website at:

because they are not really telemarketing, they are after bank account information.  If everyone filed a complaint, that would help.

Well they called me way after 9pm and i know legally 9pm is supposed to be the cut off time
