Who called from 2145502102

I got the same message as you , I am going to change my cell # now - I get calls from this person  day and late at night getting tired of it ,

This is the message they left, Verbatim (the lack of commas accurately reflect his fast-talking):

" This is  JAY calling From 'THE COUNTY RECORDS RESEARCH DEPARTMENT' uhh after reviewing properties in your area from what I can see here it looks like your property would qualify for 'THE INTER-COUNTY 1% 30-YEAR LOAN PROGRAM' It's IMPERATIVE that I speak with you as soon as possible as 'THE INTER-COUNTY PROGRAM' Does end soon so please call me back toll-free 1 800 663 7213, again that number is 1 800 663 7213 I'll talk to you soon."

I advise you not to call back on (214) 550-2102, and here's why:
Prefix 550 for Area Code (214) in Dallas, Texas is provided by a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC). Unlike Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILEC) Prefixes, You may be charged for dialing the 550 (CLEC) Prefix. It depends on your Phone Company's Policy. Additional charges apply from calls outside the (214) area.

Thanks for your research on the Jeffrey Klein (214-550-2102) anonymous call, Mary Ann!  He's been annoyingly calling me at least three times per day, with no ID connected to his number; and it's the same urgent message that everyone else all over the U.S. has received.  I'm wondering if his evil intention has something to do with his ability to connect any callbacks to having us innocents pay for his international charges?  Evil people do have superior deceptive intelligence.  Anyway, we should all be aware.  For now, all we can do is simply block his annoyance ...... or, file a formal complaint with the FTC.

He left a voice message "that's imperative that I call him back"....spoke very low as though there was something wrong!!!

Same as above I got a message that was cut off, the number that I made out was 599-5864.  I just signed up for the Do Not Call List two days ago, wonder if somehow they got a hold of that?
