I also received a text from this Michelle! She was willing to make a payment for an item I had for sale. She didn't see the item and was willing to pay for it through paypal. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. I asked her to call me and she said some BS about being hearing impaired and her translator isn't around. Simply, told her that I will not make a deal without her calling me. Never heard from her again! Advice...no live person...no deal!!!
Received texts from this number from a Craigslist ad. Person used the name Michelle. I looked up the phone number and saw the two entries listed so far about the scam. Upon reading the entries on this page so far, I started getting random weird messages from the person. I believe it is a scam as well.
Got a text from this number in response to craigslist ad. Said she (Michelle Scott) would put the money in my paypal acct along with the shipping fee and all I had to do was send a money order for $402 to shipper and the money would be released to my acct. Of course, there was no activity in my paypal acct. PLEASE, how dumb do you have to be?
