"Citizens Disability", possibly this: http://www.citizensdisability.com. At best they're trolling for clients, at worst they're an all-out scam. Could not tell me the name associated with my phone number or why they contacted me; would not tell me their location. "If you haven't filed a disability claim, simply ignore our phone call". Nope.
