This company called me and pretended they were going to sue me.  Of course I didn't believe them, but after listening to what I felt was a bill collector I went ahead and set up on a payment plan because I didn't wan the problems at my job. They called my job 15 days in a row, of course they never really had an attorney  in their office but they do use an attorney with the last name of Zorreiga who has filed against many consumers for them for the last two years.

I didn't want problems so I set up on a payment plan to avoid these [***] but I still set it up to pay them.  I can't stand them.. You make your decision, but after I paid off my debt my credit score went up 70 points.

Hey I know just what you mean. This company and a person by the name of Alexandria kept calling me job and home everyday.  I mean she would call my job and leave messages with my coworkers and my boss! I finally had to call this @#$! and tell her to stop, I thought I was going to loose my job.  I ended up paying the bill, after all she gave my a discount of 40% off the original balance and I was able to split it in half and pay it over two months.  It was a hassle, but it did help me.

The Fair Debt Collection Act (FDCPA) was put into place To give people legal rights when it comes to collection agencies and collection attorneys.  If this collection agency is calling you for a debt you owe or a debt that is not yours, they could be violating your rights.

This just happened to me this morning.  A rude message stating that they were in the proces of taking me to court and to have my legal council call them back asap.  I called & had a rude man by the name of Frank Malone..stating that the debt for a pre-pd bank card was trans to their legal department and he's the legal council for World Wide Financial.  He said they were going to sue me and take me to court over this. After I told him I used to do debt collections and I know what my rights are..and started quoting the FDCPA..he h/u on me.
I called back to get an addy and the lady trans me back to him..where he yelled stating "Pull your credit report..and that's where you'll find the address...and or when a sherriff serves me!"..then h/u.
That is sooo illegal to make threats like that..and how do I get him in trouble for doing so?

These people call us all day long looking for a person that does not live with us.  We have told them time and again to stop calling but they continue.  This must stop now!
