It's me again: Circulation III Promotions was hired by the Dallas Morning News. They don't give away phone numbers, per se, but area codes and prefixes. Still, that's enough for me to cancel any ties I have with the company.

I called 214.352.1123 and was told my work number would be removed from the call list.

FCC compliance does not reduce the level of annoyance experienced by receiving these calls.

I received a call from this company earlier this week (I've receieved many), and was asked whether this was a business or residence, when I answered "It's a business", the caller hung up on me.

I know I'm not the only person in our company receiving these calls, so I will circulate 214-352-1123 to the others as well.

Just to clearify, all we call are "new Phone hookups", the FCC gices ALL Call Centers 31 days from the time the phone number went "hot" to call a new number for this 31 day period.  We update our database every 31 days and delete all National and State Do Not Call requests.

So if you change your phone number, we will call the new number unless you call our office at 214.352.1123 to request us NOT to call.

I try and work with all of you and we do follow all FCC and FTC rules and regulations.

I get at least one call a day from this number.  ON the caller ID it comes up as Circulation III.  Most times when I answer it there isn't anyone or thing there.  I spoke with a person one time and angrily said to stop calling.  Her reply was this is the first time they called.  However I have all of there calls on my caller ID.  This is getting OLD. It is getting to the point of Harassment!
