Getting 2 calls/day.  Finally called the number and got "Campaign Headquarters.  Press 1 to be placed on the do not call list."  I pressed 1.

Calls 4 times a day. Refuses to speak to me, but asks for someone who doesn't live at this address. Refuses to take my number off their call list. This is harrassment at it's worse.
