b) What is the present conditions?
c) What is your main reason for selling it ?
d) What is your rock bottom price/final selling price ?
e) Which other listing agency or websites have you posted the ads with more information and more pictures ?
f) Where is the present location of the unit for pre-purchase inspection exercise so as to make sure the unit is sold as is and as in description and photos on website!
g) What is your contact cell phone number where I can easily reach you to talk to via text for further correspondence ?

Meanwhile, after comparing prices locally and elsewhere form other private seller... your stated selling price is fine and okay because it is below market value. However, I would still like you to consider a price reduction of $500 from your stated selling price 'please bear in mind that I will be responsible for the pre-purchase appraisal/inspection expenses and survey as well as the pickup and shipping expenses for proper transportation to my choice of destination. Therefore, kindly let me know ASAP if the $500 price reduction offer is acceptable by you so that I can be able to contact and instruct my bank to pay you a Non-Refundable Earnest Down Payment of $1,000 via a Certified Check for the RIGHT OF FIRST PURCHASE & REFUSAL.
More importantly, bear in mind that the Non-Refundable $1,000 will serve as a Good-Faith Deposit towards the purchase and as a standby commitment to purchase so that you can be able to 'HOLD' the unit for me in the meantime for a week time-frame pending the execution of a pre-purchase appraisal/inspection exercise and survey which will be conducted this week by a private appraisal/inspection agent in due course of requirement ASAP.
