Phony Windows Scam

they call and I do not pick up since when you
u call this number is says it  is not in service.  Scammer or telemarketers

very thick accent.  says that our computer is causing problems and we are responsible for fixing it.  have had this kind of call before and know its a scam.  called a 2nd time in the same - accused him of being a scammer and he hung up.
