beaureau of justice statistics i got this call saying i took a payday loan for283.00 this is not true they said they were going to have me arrested and take my pay beware scam
I got a call from this number as well claiming that I took out a loan from cast net and they said that they have out a lawsuit for me because supposedly I never paid it back. Which is a Iie, I never took out any kind of loan. Yet alone from cast net. Don't even know what that is... I had to google it and according to google its some sort of fishing net or "a national air quality monitoring network designed to provide data to assess trends in air quality."
These people are scammers if you have ever even clicked on a link for payday loans they will try to get you. I myself and a debt collector and has been for 5 yrs. they are completely illegal and their messages are to. I am going to make every effort to find who this company is a sue the pants off them. They are also calling from fake numbers using phone spoofs. the next time they call me i am going to make every effort to answer and record them i hope their employees read this because the compan you work for probably wont be around for long. I live in Buffalo Ny the collection capital so i know all the in's and outs of collections i cant wait to put them on blast.
