Which one do you work for? This group of LLCs calls people regardless of whether or not they paid their debts, actually. So if they aren't calling you and you can't legitimize them, your comments mean nothing.
got a call from a Miles Kite at 214-613-8394 saying hes an investigator and taking me to my local county court for a payday loan I didnt pay back. The date he gave me was a date that I was in the hospital. When I started to question him he started studdering and getting all confused. He then told me his lawyer on the case was Dan Copleman. HA, that Dan called me saying he was a collections agent. What a scam. People are so rediculious!
I also have been getting these for an unpaid payday loan from 2006 with numerous threats of all kinds of stuff. I was in Iraq at the time of this and couldn't have done it. Its a similar situation. I think they are simply a collections agency and are trying to get money for major overdue stuff. I ignore the threats
Got a call to a senior citizen today stating "a law firm calling about your grand daughter" from this number---total scam!! Stated his name was Cory Spyra
How do you know this is a scam? I also received a call from them, and they are legit. Website and all. And I have read on other boards they have been taken to court and had judgments placed against them!!! And this Cory Spira(sp?) is a paralegal and runs their legal department.
Would really like to know where you got this information.Everything I have found so far so this is not a legit company. No legit website. Nothing. When you ask them to provide burden of proof as to who they are and tell them when they do so that the debt will be settled. He then gets irritable and says he does not have to do this it is not his responsibility and then hangs up
