unprofessional, asking to speak with the owner (my employer) about unsecure business loan. didn't sound right.

This is a scam. I called the number back and it belongs to a Magicjack number. There is no way that a bank looking to give unsecured loans is calling from a Magicjack number.

always asks to speak to the owner, never wants to leave a message.

very loud in the background.   definitely a call center.
