Didn't recognize # or Caller ID.  Didn't Answer, no VM.  Likely spam and possibly spoofed #.  
Googled Caller ID and found National Dealer Services (NTL Dealer Svc) as likely, which shows on ripoff reports.

2nd call a month later.  CID now says National Dealer Svcs.  Spam

3rd call from same # a month later.  Didn't answer, left empty VM

Today, CID says V52916313200331 etc  Likely SPAM, especially when the CID changes each time!

Same  telemarketer except from a different number, they called me from 636-402-4111.
