Same here. So far 7 calls this am. They hang up on me too and then someone new calls back. I am. File complaint with /www.donotcall.gov once your on the Do Not Call list.
This number has called numerous times a day for weeks and leaves abandoned voicemails. I finally called back. I get a different person each time and they identify as Alliance Insurance. When asked to remove my number, they hang up on me.

And every time you: call the number(s) back, ask them to "Take my number off the list", or push the phone button to "Take my number off the list",...you are confirming your phone number is a working number that someone will answer, so your priority as a valuable, active phone number (to be sold to other telemarketers) goes up.
So don't answer unknown calls. Or just hang up. Better yet, do yourself a favor and buy yourself a call blocker so you don't even have to answer these types of calls.
Have gotten calls from this number several times a day. Once when I answered there was a recording that asked if I have insurance. Sometimes the call shows up as "Red Oak, Texas."
