We have received a call from this company going by the name of Merchant Service Wholesale Banc 972-852-0804.
They first say we are being overcharged for compliance fees and other erroneous changes that we should not be billed for.
They also ask for a copy of your last 2-3 statements of processing so they can look at  your rates and fees. We started to send Gloria a copy via fax 866-298-4139. Gloria stayed on the phone the whole time, until we told her our fax was not working. Gloria insisted on us sending the info. via email [email protected].
This is just there way of switching you over by saying we can save you money on these certain charges.
I chose not to speak with Gloria or anyone with her Company again, if you come across a call like this and it is not a reputable company and you cannot find information about them, ask to be out on the do not call list.
They will change the name of the company over and over again, so keep your ears open.
They may also double team and if the agent on the line can not convince you they will have a call center manager click in to answer questions, it's no good....... Gloria keeps calling, to pushy to be anything good. 214-622-8837

This is what I was continually referred to by "Susan Jones" from Merchant Services.  Sounded like a southern black woman with a young boy interrupting her several times.  Very pushy.  When I asked her why she doesn't have copies of my paperwork she said Gloria has them.  A scam.  Kept talking to her for the fun of it.  Promised to send her the last three months billing from current company.  Of course I have no intention of doing that.  Got their phone number, verified by *69.  Same fax #.  Somehow they had my fax number.  Really scary.  They will most likely try to "slam" my account like they did years ago with phone services.  DO NOT TALK WITH OR SEND THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY.

Found out this a land line from Dallas,Tx.  Had to pay to get her name, not worth it.

These people called me and told me I could save money on my rates. They educated me on how to read a statement. They were the only people in the industry who took the time with me to educate me on how the industry works. I spoke with Danny and everything he said came true. I took a risk and they are actually an excellent company!

I had spoken to a couple different people from this company. They first had me send in a statement; they wanted to compare rates with my company and educate me on what was happening to me. I was skeptical at first but after speaking with Allen I was more comfortable. He seemed to know a lot about Credit Card Processing, they train their employees very well: that being said I took the jump to switch accounts, posted a stop payment on my previous processor after receiving a new terminal from them. Everything was very fast and easy for me and I am grateful to have become a client of theirs. THEY ACTUALLY PICK UP THE PHONE AFTER YOU SWITCH AND PROVIDE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
