called knew it was junk. not in my area code

Received a call from this number this morning. I said hello twice, I could hear breathing on the other end and then I was hung up on.

You call comes in and no on answers. I called back and recording states that it Universal Marking Support Services. More than likely it is a telemarketing company and when they realize they have contacted a business and not an individual they hang up.

I got a call this morning from this number. A lady was speaking in a foreign language.  I asked if she spoke English.  She said, no, do you speak French? I said no and she oh. I hung up. I have no idea what it was about.

I got a call from the number a woman was speaking Spanish. When she stopped talking, I said, do you speak English and she said no. She made noises and said, do you speak Spanish? I said, no get someone to call me that speaks English.
